Contact Us for Official Records

Crawford County Busted Mugshots is a private reference service, not a government office. It cannot confirm custody, confirm a release, release anyone, post bond, or retrieve an official booking record or photograph. For a current answer or a copy of a record, contact the government office that created or controls it.

Start With the Right Office

The home page contains the county-wide route for the Crawford County Jail roster, the exact last-24-hours booking view, the arrest-date view, booking fields, and a records-request explanation. The links below are the official contacts for confirmation, copies, court outcomes, or custody systems. A private archive or a news story cannot replace the originating office.

For a jail booking record or an existing intake photograph, identify the person's full name, approximate booking date, and arresting agency when known. Rachel Wilkinson is the records contact for Crawford sheriff and jail material. The sheriff's site does not publish a dedicated local request form, a photo-specific fee, or a Crawford-specific turnaround, so those details should be confirmed with the custodian before a request is sent. Georgia's Open Records guidance explains the statewide request process.

Where to Look for Each Answer

Use the route that matches the person's custody or record status. A county roster is not a court docket, and a state offender search is not a recent Crawford County booking list.

  • For current custody, a recent booking, or a date-based county search, use the official jail views linked from the county-wide booking page. The roster can show a current status or a rolling-window result, but it does not establish guilt.
  • For a Crawford warrant question or information about a wanted listing, use the Most Wanted page for the sheriff and court routes. Crawford has no verified public warrant-search portal.
  • For a Roberta incident or arrest report, contact Chief Ty Matthews or the city clerk. The city has not published a dedicated police request form, fee table, or turnaround. If the requested item is a county jail intake photograph, the sheriff's records contact is the direct starting point.
  • For a court result, contact Crawford Magistrate Court at (478) 836-5804 or (478) 836-4439, or Superior/Juvenile Clerk Ryan Johnson at (478) 836-3328. Magistrate Court is at 100 GA Highway 42 South, Knoxville. Roberta Municipal Court uses the city clerk contact above for matters it hears.
  • For a sentenced state prisoner, use the Georgia Department of Corrections offender search. For federal or immigration custody, use the BOP locator or ICE Online Detainee Locator, as applicable.

Knoxville is the unincorporated Crawford County seat, not a separate municipal police jurisdiction. Roberta is the incorporated city, and its arrestees can appear in the county jail system under the arresting-agency field. The Knoxville page and Roberta page explain those local distinctions.
